Important Rules, Policies & Responsibilities
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Technical Skill Center course.
These Terms & Conditions establish the rules, responsibilities and policies applicable to students enrolled in courses, training programs, workshops and other educational services offered by Technical Skill Center (TSC). By submitting an admission application, completing enrollment or attending a TSC course, the student agrees to follow these terms and maintain the standards of the institution.
After enrollment, students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete the course as scheduled. Students should not discontinue or stop attending a course without a valid reason and prior communication with TSC. Repeated absence, unauthorized discontinuation or failure to participate may affect course completion, assessment eligibility and certificate issuance.
The following terms apply to all TSC students and learners.
Students must provide accurate and complete information during the admission process. Admission may be subject to course availability, eligibility requirements and verification of submitted information.
Students must attend classes regularly and participate actively in scheduled training sessions. Attendance requirements may vary depending on the course.
Once enrolled, students are expected to continue the course until completion. A student should not discontinue training without a reasonable and valid cause.
Applicable course fees must be paid within the specified time. Students are responsible for ensuring that all scheduled payments are made on time according to the applicable fee structure.
Failure to pay applicable fees on time may result in temporary suspension of course access, participation or other academic services until the outstanding amount is settled.
Course materials, notes, videos, assignments, presentations and other learning resources provided by TSC are intended for enrolled students and should not be redistributed, copied or commercially reproduced without permission.
Every student is expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.
Technical Skill Center recognizes that some students may face financial difficulties while pursuing education and skills development.
Poor, disadvantaged or financially distressed students may apply for a full or partial fee waiver or concession. Applications will be reviewed individually based on the student's circumstances, supporting information and available institutional support. Approval is not automatic and remains subject to TSC's review and decision.
Students may be required to complete assignments, practical tasks, examinations, projects or other assessments depending on the course structure.
Course certificates may be issued to eligible students who meet the applicable attendance, assessment, course completion and other requirements.
Completion status is determined according to the requirements of the relevant course. Enrollment alone does not guarantee a certificate.
Students who wish to withdraw from a course should contact TSC as soon as possible. Withdrawal does not automatically entitle the student to a refund. Any refund request will be reviewed according to the applicable course-specific refund policy.
TSC reserves the right to postpone, modify, reschedule or cancel a course, class or training program when necessary due to administrative, operational, instructor, technical or other circumstances. Where applicable, TSC will provide appropriate information regarding available alternatives.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should not share login information with others.
Students should join online classes on time, maintain appropriate behavior and participate in learning activities.
Students must not record, reproduce, publish or distribute TSC classes or learning materials without prior permission.
Maintaining a safe, respectful and productive learning environment is a shared responsibility.
TSC may take appropriate action when a student violates institutional rules, disrupts classes, engages in misconduct, damages property, provides false information or violates the rights of other students or staff. Depending on the seriousness of the matter, actions may include a warning, temporary suspension, cancellation of enrollment or other appropriate measures.
TSC may collect and process information necessary for admission, course administration, communication, assessment, certification and other legitimate educational purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Technical Skill Center may update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms may be published on the website and may apply to future or continuing services as appropriate. Students are encouraged to review this page periodically.
